Ms. Bundy was the lead attorney in Target's 23 month long attempt to force me to remove content from this blog site. The case was dismissed by Judge Cooper in Atlanta Federal Court. The cost to Target was probably $250,000, my cost was $0. Five years after this, and other blogs, went up they are still alive and functioning and not one word has ever been deleted or changed due to outside pressure.
This civil action started on Sept. 5 of 2006
and dragged on until July 16, 2008.
